HM The Queen's 70th Jubilee Celebrations - On Jubilee Thursday get your glad rags on, wave your union jack and enjoy a glass of bucks fizz and a delicious Cream Tea as you watch on the big screen :
· The Queens Birthday Parade (Trooping the Colour) Over 1,400 parading soldiers, 200 horses and 400 musicians will come together in the traditional Parade to mark The Queen's official birthday. Beginning at Buckingham Palace, the Parade will move down The Mall to Horse Guard's Parade, joined by Members of the Royal Family on horseback and in carriages. The Parade will close with the traditional RAF fly-past, watched by The Queen and Members of the Royal Family from the Buckingham Palace balcony www.royal.uk/platinum-jubilee-central-weekend

Visit Cragside House and Gardens - The revolutionary home of Lord Armstrong, Victorian inventor and landscape genius, was a wonder of its age. is crammed with ingenious gadgets. Surrounding the house is a huge rock garden, together with formal gardens. www.nationaltrust.org.uk/cragside
